Condenser

A condenser is a heat transfer device, while a stream enters using the cold water to reduce the heat of the steam and gives condensate or pure water. Kairen Engineering is the designer and leading company of condenser manufacturer constructing different condenser types with good quality material in ASME latest edition. Four different types of condenser design are fallowed in the industries. Kairen Engineering is a condenser manufacturer, designing the condenser based on the customer requirement they are as follows:

  • Horizontal Tube
  • Horizontal Tube Bundle
  • Vertical Tube
  • Vertical Tube Bundle

While in the process of condenser manufacturer, the best heat transfer coefficients in horizontal condensation, so we refer horizontal tube bundle type condenser for our customer is the best for heat transfer.

CONDENSATION IN THE SHELL CHAMBER ON THE HORIZONTAL TUBE BUNDLE

While in the process of condenser manufacturer, the best heat transfer coefficients in horizontal condensation, so we refer horizontal tube bundle type condenser for our customer is the best for heat transfer.

ADVANTAGE:

  • Low subcooling
  • Low-pressure loss and easy tube side cleaning
  • Tube pitch and baffle spacing can be adjusted to the vapour stream

DISADVANTAGE:

  • non-condensable gases must be removed, otherwise one part of the cooling area is covered
  • Low-pressure loss and easy tube side cleaning
  • Tube pitch and baffle spacing can be adjusted to the vapour stream

The condenser is a heat transfer device, its process may be different based on the application of cooling medium there are three different types of condenser manufacturers by Kairen Engineering. Evaporative condenser, Water-cooled condenser, and Air-cooled condenser.

AIR-COOLED CONDENSER:

An air-cooled condenser is used for an efficient heat rejection process. An air-cooled condenser is also called a coil condenser, it uses copper or aluminum coil for the heat rejection process. This type uses fans to spray the atmospheric air inside the condenser to cool water or steam and transfer into a liquid state, while compare to a water-cooled condenser it occupies a large area, good quality.

An air-cooled condenser is of two types of process natural convection and forced convection.

  • Natural convection of air-cooled condenser the air flows depending upon the temperature of the condenser coil.
  • In forced convection of air-cooled condenser the fan operated by a motor blows air over

” Kairen Engineering has the expertise to provide all the necessary functions for thermal rating, mechanical design, drafting, and shop fabrication “

WATER-COOLED CONDENSER:

Water-cooled condensers transfer the heat using water as a cooling medium. Condensers are used to transfer heat in a water-cooled condenser the steam inside the tubes of multiple phases while cold water is passing on a nozzle inlet is used to condense the steam and give a liquid state condensed water is used for the re-circulation process. Kairen Engineering designs and manufactures condensers in different shapes vertical, horizontal, and tube types used in air conditioners.

In water-cooled condenser consist of a copper coil located in a steel shell using a copper coil cooling medium, water is flowing through the steel shell and transfer the heat.

GLAND VENT CONDENSER:

Our gland steam condenser packages pull a slight vacuum on the turbine shaft seals by means of vacuum pumps, centrifugal blowers, or steam ejectors. This captures the leaked steam and air mixture. Once collected, the steam is separated from the air and condensed in a shell and tube condenser. The condensate drains out of the bottom while the air is pulled out of the top. The condensed steam is then sent back to the steam cycle with the other condensate.

We offer instruments to help monitor process conditions, including the amount of vacuum, outlet air temperature, and condensate drainage. And while many manufacturers can only supply the condenser, Kairen Engineering can provide the complete system saving you time and ensuring maximum efficiency.

VACUUM SYSTEM:

We are committed to supplying vacuum systems that provide our customers with the opportunity to grow their business profitably. In addition to ASME (U, S, NB, R) we regularly compliance with PED, CRN, CCOE, GOST, DOSH, IBR, AS1210. Our customer management oriented to customer value system effectively produces and delivers products to satisfy customer needs. Moreover, kairen Engineering is enhancing its company capability in the overseas market as a hub of the industry by diversifying its sales and building partnerships with leading global companies. Our five stage and six stage Ejectors are designed for absolute pressure range in micron range as per customers requirement.
