OVERVIEW
Kairen Engineering is well experienced in design, analysis and re-rating of storage tanks used in refineries, chemical plants, power plants, nuclear plants, and other processing facilities. State-of-the-art equipment is in use everywhere at the Kairen Engineering factory. Capabilities range from automatic welding machines capable of performing multiple welding processes to fully qualified and trained welders.
Precise cuts are controlled through the use of Computer Numerical Controlled burning tables and precise welding control is achieved with automated welding equipment. Even continuous or intermittent stitch welds on fillet joints are controlled through the use of automated welding machines.

FABRICATION
We have a full-fledged facility for fabrication and production of all bottom tank plates, annular plates and roof plates, structure, nozzles, appurtenances, ladders, platforms, etc prior to transportation and installation.
TESTING
- Complementing the full range of welding capabilities is a complete range of non-destructive examination capabilities outsourced from reputed NDT companies.
- Weld examinations can include visual, liquid Penetrant, magnetic particle, and radiography to provide high-quality construction without concern of possible rework.

ERECTION
We have a dedicated team of engineers who are specialized in the erection of huge diameter tanks from soil investigation, the civil foundation works, installation and erection of tank inclusive of piping work, related electrical and instrumentation work, painting and epoxy coating, etc.
REPAIR
Kairen Engineering Provides tank repair and maintenance services, including bottom plate replacements, shell repairs, fixed and floating roof repairs and replacements, tank re-leveling, fittings and appurtenances, special design and engineering work, as well specialty fabrication and construction project work.
